JD Consults provides data and AI governance, structure, and platform-selection advisory services, delivered through the Education, Enablement, and Embedding phases (“the 3 E’s”). Specific deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms for any engagement are set out in an individually agreed Statement of Work.
No work commences without an agreed, written scope. Commercial terms, whether a Flat Project Fee or Day Rate, are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.
JD Consults retains ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, and templates, including the 3 E’s framework and associated materials. Ownership of client-specific deliverables and work product is set out in the relevant engagement agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of an engagement, except as required by law or agreed in writing.
JD Consults’ services are advisory in nature. Except as otherwise agreed in a specific engagement contract, JD Consults’ liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
